Reiki I Training

The human body is an energetic system, just like everything in the universe, everything has an energetic frequency. Reiki is a beautiful and powerful technique that brings the body’s vibration into balance. The word Reiki is broken down to “Rei” which means ‘spiritual wisdom’ and “Ki” which is akin to Chi, Prana, or life force energy. Level 1 is a personal invitation into Reiki. The focus during Level 1 is on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy.

The Reiki Masters provides the Level 1 attunement in one single attunement. Level 1 Attunement is a process that attunes you to the frequency of Reiki energy, enabling you to channel Reiki energy to yourself. We recommend and are only teaching Reiki 1 followed by a period of self practice, to then be followed in Summer/Fall 2023 by a Reiki 2 Attunement for those qualified and interested.

This class can be useful for people who wish to use Reiki for self-care and to help family and friends. This day-long class is a combination of lecture, discussion, and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a Reiki treatment using all the hand positions taught and learning the self-treatment.
